      How Does it Work?

      Step 1) Choose a plan that fits you best, then sign up for the Concierge Social Media Management Service

      Step 2) You’ll be emailed a form to fill out with your branding assets, brokerage logo, photos, etc.

      Step 3) Connect your social media accounts to our management platform (we DO NOT have access to your passwords, so everything is secure & private)

      Step 4) You’ll be asssigned a dedicated Concierge Specialist who will rebrand and post content for you.

      Step 5) Log in to the social media management platform to view and approve your posts.

      That’s it! It typically takes our Concierge Members 30 minutes to completely onboard.

      * And bonus → Many of our posts have call to actions for lead generation.*

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Do you personalize and rebrand my posts?

      Yes! Building your personal brand is very important. We will add your headshot, logo, photos, and branding colors to the posts. 

      Do you post for me?

      Yes we do! 

      The Standard Plan includes 3 posts a week.

      The Premium Plan includes daily posting.

      Does the service include posting reels?

      We provide you with hundreds of reel templates and captions to post yourself. But we do not post the reels. 

      Reason being, we recommend that reels are not scheduled out so that you can utilize trending audio. We recommend using audio that has more than 1M+ views and less than 3k uses. 

      How do I securely send you my passwords?

      You’ll connect your social media accounts to our scheduling platform without the need for us to access your passwords.

      Additionally, you’ll have the capability to view all the posts and captions scheduled through the platform.

      Which social media platforms do you post on?

      The Premium Plan includes the option to post on Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin.

      The Standard Plan includes the option to post only on Facebook and Instagram.

      Please Note: Due to Meta’s API regulations, we cannot post on your personal Instagram or Facebook accounts. It has to be Instagram (business or creator) account and a Facebook business page.

        Yes! There are no long-term commitments so you can cancel anytime.

        How do I get started?

        Most of our members are fully onboarded within 30 minutes of joining.
